What Counts as an Included 30-Minute Monthly Edit?

Clients on our Pay Monthly (£39/mo) and Buy Outright + Care Plan (£299 + £15/mo) receive up to 30 minutes of hands-on studio edits every calendar month.

Send us an email or WhatsApp message and we handle these within 24 to 48 working hours:

  • ✓Text, Price & Menu Changes: Updating service prices, seasonal cafe menus, callout rates, or staff bios.
  • ✓Photo & Gallery Swaps: Replacing or adding up to 6 new job/project photos per month (optimised for fast loading).
  • ✓Adding Customer Reviews: Adding new 5-star Google or Checkatrade testimonials to your review section.
  • ✓Opening Hours & Holiday Banners: Adding bank holiday hours, emergency callout notices, or promo bars.
  • ✓Contact Details & Area Tweaks: Updating phone numbers, email addresses, or adding towns to your coverage list.
Fixed-Price Bolt-Ons & Edit Bundles

What Exceeds the 30-Minute Monthly Allowance?

When you want bigger expansions or extra batches of changes in the same month, you pay fixed, pre-agreed rates:

  • ★Extra 30-Min Edit Block (£25 one-off): Need a second batch of updates in the same month, or on the £399 Handover tier? Just £25.
  • ★4-Pack Edit Credit Bundle (£90): Four 30-minute edit credits valid for 12 months (saves £10).
  • ★Brand-New Custom Page (£50 one-off): Designing and coding a new dedicated service page or local town landing page.
  • ★Custom Interactive Calculator / Tool (£75 to £120): Building a bespoke new interactive estimator or multi-step booking widget.
  • ★Note on Rollovers: Monthly 30-minute allowances reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over, keeping our monthly care fees ultra-low.

Tier 1: Pay Monthly (£0 + £39/mo) Terms

12-month minimum initial agreement because we fund the entire 5-page custom build upfront for £0. Includes UK Cloudflare hosting, SSL, domain renewal, and 30m monthly edits. After month 12, you own the site build and can either continue rolling monthly, drop down to the £15/mo Care Plan, or request a free source file handover.

T2

Tier 2: Build + Care Plan (£299 + £15/mo) Terms

£299 paid upon order (or 50% deposit + 50% on preview approval) plus £15/month Care Plan starting on launch day. You own your website from day one. The £15/mo Care Plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, and 30m monthly edits on a rolling 30-day basis.

T3

Tier 3: Full Handover (£399 One-Off) Terms

£399 one-off fee (50% deposit, 50% on approval). Upon completion, we hand over the complete static HTML/CSS/JS source archive or deploy it to your own Cloudflare account with zero ongoing monthly fees. Includes 14 days of post-launch bug support.
